Cash & Carry
How it Works:
Shop Online
- Add the products to your basket, choose Local Pick-up as a delivery method and proceed to checkout as normal.
- Get Confirmation
- You will be sent a Notification when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 5 days.
Collection
You can collect your order from the shop at the time specified in the Notification.
Collect from my showroom at 35 Offington Dr, Howth Demesne, Dublin, D13 E2H9.
Please ring the bell at the door, wear your mask and have your order number handy.
SHIPPING TO THE UK:
As of January 1st 2021, Brexit will change the way parcels enter and leave the UK. Customers in the UK will need to pay additional handling fees on our parcels when they receive them. These costs are being determined by UK customs at the border, meaning they are out of our control. Northern Ireland should not be affected.
Duties and taxes
The duties/taxes will depend on the value of the shipment. The UK has set the following thresholds for goods from the EU:
– for orders up to 135 GBP, standard VAT of 20% will apply.
– for orders over 135 GBP additional duties/taxes may apply. Please note that I don’t have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be.
Returns should be carried out in the normal way – please also attach the invoice to the outside of the box and write “RETURN”. This ensures the parcel will be processed correctly, without further taxation.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
I aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 days.
As soon as your order is on the way to you we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please make sure to give me a valid email address and telephone number when you order – if there are any issues that could affect your delivery, I’ll need to be able to get in contact with you quickly.
