Full Cycle Pottery Course
This course offers a cycle of 5 morning/afternoon/evening classes (see dropdown menu for options). The first four sessions are dedicated to learn the basics and/or improve your throwing skills on the potters wheel and the last session is dedicated to glaze your best five pieces handmade by you.
Currently I teach full cycle on Thursday evenings 7-9 pm on the following dates: August 21st, 28th, September 4th and 11th and October 2nd (if interested please contact elisa@elisaceramicsart.com).
Currently full cycle on Saturday afternoons 3:00-5:00 pm are held on the following dates: August 23rd, 30th, September 6th and 13th and October 4th (if interested please contact elisa@elisaceramicsart.com).
Making vessels on the potters wheel has gained greatly in popularity recently. A lot of people who tried making pottery on the wheel get immediately hooked and are inclined to continue practising and improving their throwing skills. I can facilitate you to improve your throwing skills and follow you in the realisation of particular projects. Please reach out in case you have particular requests.
Includes:
all materials, use of tools and firing of your own wheel thrown pieces (selection of three best pieces at the end of the course).
Students are advised to wear comfortable clothing that may get dirty. It is handy to bring an apron and old towel along.
In case you do not have aprons available, I have hand embroidered aprons for sale for a reasonable price!
