Pottery Classes and Workshops
My Approach to classes
The classes I offer are for very small groups only (maximum of 3 people) as I want to provide participants with an individual approach.
Each and everyone learns in a different way and I want to have the opportunity to follow up on each of the participants thoroughly.
Besides that, I love to connect to each of the participants personally providing a safe place where they will be able to relax and feel at ease.
What’s included in my classes
Prices of the courses include all materials, use of tools and a first firing of your own hand made ceramic piece.
Tea and/or coffee breaks and a tasty snack are included in courses over 2 hours.

I had the pleasure of taking my first pottery class with Elisa. It was a wonderful experience and I really enjoyed it. She patiently explained to me how to use the wheel and control the clay. She is a competent and very sweet teacher.
Elisa is a brilliant teacher!! Myself and my partner attended a 5 week course! We really looked forward to our class each week Elisa is excellent at demonstrating and explaining how to throw. Her hands on approach really allows you to understand the clay and how to control it! Her passion and knowledge for ceramics is catching and has ignited a spark in us!!
I went to a pottery and glazing class with a friend and I really enjoyed the process of creating the pottery on the wheel and then glazing it afterwards. The class was small (only the two of us!) so we received individual attention. Elisa has a very calm presence and explains what you need to do very well. I would definitely recommend her and will be going for a few other classes in the future!
We had a fantastic time with Elisa for an afternoon of making pots on a wheel and then coming back to glaze them. Elisa is incredibly patient, calm and knowledgeable and thanks to her I have several usable pots! The experience is very supportive and as there are only 2/3 people at a time it means you get lots of one to one attention. The glazing was a lot of fun and we had a great time selecting our colours and trying different techniques. I’d highly recommend it for something different to do with your friends!
My husband and I spent the nicest afternoon learning to throw with Elisa and being totally absorbed in the clay. She is a warm and patient teacher and we felt really at home in her lovely studio, we would definitely recommend her classes.
We did the wheel throwing and the glazing classes. Wonderful experience! Elisa is a fantastic teacher who is clearly passionate about her work. We learnt so much and this will not be the end of our pottery journey.
